Scientists turn skinfold cheese into biofuel

skinfoldsDepartment of Energy scientists have discovered a way to help reduce America’s dependence on imported oil by taking advantage of the current obesity epidemic.  “We like to think of it as making lemonade out of lemons”, announced the DOE spokeman at a news conference.  “The supply of skinfold cheese needed to make biofuel is virtually limitless in this country.”
 
A genetically engineered enzyme is the catalyst for this discovery.  It’s possible to produce 100 gallons of biofuel for every gallon of conventional oil used to convert the skinfold cheese.  How the skinfold cheese is to be harvested from obese Americans is still being discussed.
